1. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. Full payment is required before dispatch for custom orders.

2. Order Cancellation
You can cancel unpaid orders anytime. For prepaid orders, cancel within 12 hours for full refund. After dispatch, regular return policy applies.

3. Product Availability
If an item goes out of stock after you order, we’ll offer a refund or replacement option.

4. User Conduct
Don’t post fake reviews, abuse our staff, or use our site for illegal purposes. We may block users who violate this.
